Two High Court case settlements for workplace head injuries totalling €275,000 plus costs

The settlements were achieved during the current Public Health situation by way of telephone settlement negotiations.

The first case that settled was for €100,000 plus costs, relating to an individual that sustained a serious head injury at his place of work, but has thankfully since recovered and returned to work.

The second case was settled for €175,000 plus costs. This individual suffered a very serious head injury and has been left with lifelong physical scarring.
