About

Keith Rolls leads Coleman Legal LLP South. Keith is based in Tralee, Co. Kerry. He represents clients in Munster and throughout the Country. Keith specialises in medical negligence and medical malpractice litigation, as well as personal injury claims. He has great compassion for his clients and their families. He cares deeply about victims who have been harmed by others and works tirelessly to ensure they receive justice.

Keith also has considerable experience in mediation and arbitration. Keith is the lead solicitor in the country in relation to mental illness. He is currently working with up to 400 families throughout the country who have suffered deficits in care while attending the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and Adult Mental Health Services (AMHS).

Keith also has considerable experience in mediation and arbitration.

Experience

Keith’s approach is to assist his client’s through the difficult process of litigation as smoothly as possible. He develops a personable relationship with his clients and understands that many have been through stressful and often traumatic experiences. Keith is very much a people person and thoroughly enjoys interacting with his clients by adopting a humane and honest approach which assists his clients during difficult times.

Education

Keith obtained his B.Comm (Hons) degree from University College Cork and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2016. He is also qualified to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales. Additionally, Keith has obtained a Diploma in Sports Law and has significant experience in this area.
