About

Keith Rolls leads Coleman Legal LLP South. Keith is based in Tralee, Co. Kerry. He represents clients in Munster and throughout the Country. Keith specialises in medical negligence and medical malpractice litigation, as well as personal injury claims. He has great compassion for his clients and their families. He cares deeply for victims harmed by others and works tirelessly to ensure they receive justice.

Although based in Kerry, Keith represents families throughout the country. Keith Rolls heads up Coleman Legal’s medical negligence team and has a keen interest in medical services provided to children & young adolescents. Keith is the leading solicitor in the country in relation to mental health treatment received by both children & adults.

Experience

He is currently working with up to 400 families throughout the country who have suffered deficits in care while attending the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and Adult Mental Health Services (AMHS).

Keith also represents a significant number of families whose children were subjected to inappropriate hip surgery in Ireland. Keith also has considerable experience in mediation and arbitration.

Keith’s approach is to assist his client through the complex litigation process as smoothly as possible. He develops a personal relationship with his clients and understands that many have been through stressful, often traumatic experiences. Keith Rolls is very much a people person and thoroughly enjoys interacting with his clients by adopting a humane, honest approach that helps them during difficult times.

Education

Keith Rolls obtained his B.Comm (Hons) degree from University College Cork and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2016. He is also qualified to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales. Additionally, Keith holds a Diploma in Sports Law and has significant experience in this field.
