Mother and Baby Homes Payment Scheme

The Mother and Baby Homes Payment Scheme opened for applications on Wednesday, the 20th of March, 2024. This is very much welcomed news after a very long wait by survivors.

Table of Contents

What if I am currently not eligible to apply to the scheme?

Coleman Legal LLP are assisting excluded survivors of the Mother and Baby Institution. Coleman Legal LLP have initiated legal proceedings for those under 180 Days residency and on behalf of survivors from several excluded institutions.

If you are not eligible to apply to the Mother and Baby Homes payment scheme, either because you resided in a listed institution for less than 180 days as a former child resident or resided in a non-listed institution, we would still welcome your contact. Coleman Legal LLP will continue to fight for justice for former child residents currently excluded from the scheme.
