Coleman Legal Partners are currently advising families of victims of the foster home scandal in Wexford. Recently media attention has primarily focused upon the ‘Grace’ case whereby a young girl presenting with intellectual disabilities was placed in the care of a family where she was subjected to horrific sexual and physical abuse over a 20 year period. It has now transpired that there were other vulnerable young people who were also subjected to such abuse.
