Attendees who then wished to join the MICA action could speak face-to-face with a team member who would explain the next steps and assist them with completing all the necessary documentation. Everyone was also given the firm’s contact details so they could reach the team whenever they need assistance.
Meetings continued until 10:30 pm, with 25-30 clients attending each slot throughout the day. The event enabled affected homeowners to join the action with ease, clarifying any concerns that arose in each individual case.
