About Diane Treanor

Diane Treanor is a senior solicitor at Coleman Legal and has extensive knowledge and experience in sexual abuse law, medical negligence claims, and human rights law. Diane’s approach is to assist her clients through the often difficult litigation process as smoothly as possible. She understands that clients have experienced stressful and often traumatic experiences.

Experience

Diane Treanor manages a varied caseload, including personal injuries, general litigation, medical negligence law, multi-party action, historic abuse claims, public liability, and historic sexual abuse cases. Prior to specialising in litigation, Diane gained extensive experience working in General Practice, providing a comprehensive range of legal services to the public. In her spare time, Diane also volunteers with FLAC.

Recent Cases

Diane is currently advising Multi-Party Plaintiffs in the Northwest audiology scandal. She is also a lead Solicitor in the European Facebook Moderator case in Dublin. With many medical negligence and sexual abuse cases, Diane’s workload is both sensitive and supportive of her clients.
